Rania: Mars... what's this all about?

Rania: I have no more home... My dad's probably gone... Why? What's Star Five?

Mars: We're a group working to uncover a certain secret of the Regency. Entire Worlds have been disappearing, and we know it's their fault.

Rania: The Regency is juts a neutral governing body. They barely even visit most Worlds.
